Mijn Schoonouders in Amerika: Part One Update

The breakfasts I spoke of in my last blog entry... Take a look at this video I found from NBC's Today Show in America [go to the article here]. Discussing calories and grams of fat in these breakfast servings. The only good thing about this video: They give options at the restaurants which are less in calories and fat. Smoothie King? I've never heard of Smoothie King... I love how they refer to the IHOP big steak omelette as a "bomelette." For my own personal record here, a typical breakfast I would eat was a bowl of cereal and a slice of toast as I headed out the door, or an egg sandwich with cheese. I worked-out 4 or 5 days a week in the mornings before work at the gym. On special occasions, such as Christmas morning, the "feast"-style breakfast was common in my home in America. Saturday or Sunday mornings were usually pancakes or waffles day. Not all Americans eat heavy breakfasts daily, and I want to make the point clear here for those who don't know the side I come from.
